Upstate Transportation Collaboration
Greenville Pickens Area Transportation Study (GPATS), Spartanburg Area Transportation Study (SPATS), and the Appalachian Council of Governments (ACOG) have recently signed an agreement that will lead to further collaboration between the transportation entities and will improve transportation efficiencies in the region.
