Bike and Pedestrian Committee
With the adoption of the Spartanburg Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan by Spartanburg City and County Councils in December 2009, the need arose for a group of people to help implement the plan. The exact membership and work-plan are under development as the plan is adopted by other municipalities in Spartanburg.
