Committees

SPATS Plans and Programs are voted on by committees. The overarching committee for SPATS is the SPATS Policy Committee. This committee is responsible for voting on all plans and programs. Before reaching the Policy Committee, plans and programs are evaluated by the Technical Committee. There are also committees that oversee each program, whose recommendations must ultimately also be voted on by the Policy Committee. Other committees at this time are the Enhancement Committee and the Transit Planning Committee.

In addition to committees within SPATS, SPATS staff also serve on various boards and committees.
